Regarding with the expansion of the Commercial Department" we are looking to join:

SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Supports the workflow of the Commercial team in order to build lasting and long-term relationships related to customer service, information and details of collaborative work with other internal company departments.

Position related tasks:
Creates and maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date database of current and potential clients;
Tracks the terms and conditions of commercial agreements and contracts, including orders, deliveries, and associated documentation;
Coordinates information flow between the Sales Department, other internal departments, and external partners or customers;
Provides and solicits critical information impacting the company's financial performance;
Prepares documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
Generates regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses;
Prepares and sends product samples to prospective and existing customers;
Actively participates in the coordination and approval of client-provided designs;
Prepares materials and visuals to represent the company and its products at trade events and exhibitions;

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance;
English language - minimum B2 according to EER;
Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel;
Previous experience in a similar position minimum 1 year;
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
Excellent communication skills;
Analytical and multi-tasking skills;
Team working and motivational skills;
Strong attention to detail;
