R&D ASSISTANT

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized R&D Assistant to join our Innovation team at Healthy Bars.

In this role, you will support the daily activities of the R&D department, assisting with product sample preparation, administrative tasks, documentation, and internal coordination. You will work closely with the team, contributing to the smooth execution of product development activities.

This position is an excellent opportunity for recent University graduates and individuals at the beginning of their professional careers. No previous experience in R&D or the food industry is required. We value motivation, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with the preparation, packaging, labeling, and organization of product samples;
• Support the coordination, tracking, and dispatch of samples;
• Prepare, maintain, and update internal documentation, records, and reports;
• Assist with organizing materials, supplies, and resources needed for R&D activities;
• Support communication and coordination between the R&D team and other departments;
• Perform daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth departmental activities;
• Provide general support to the team with ongoing projects and product development activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food Science, or another related field;
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word);
• Good working knowledge of English;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Responsible, proactive, and reliable attitude;
• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on new challenges;
• No previous professional experience is required — recent university graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
